In 1999, entrepreneur Duncan Smith noticed there was a need for more complete customer care in the computer technology and data networks industry.
Network Task Group (NTG) was formed, specializing in Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
In 2001, NTG entered the voice arena by creating a partnership with Christopher Fallon, a voice and wide area service engineer who had expertise in Northern Telecom products and a variety of carrier solutions. VoIP was expanding in the telecommunications industry, and NTG had all the pieces in place to pioneer some of the first VoIP solutions in Western New York. The next several years were spent shaping the company into a full-service voice and data solution provider.
Now in its eleventh year in business and with more than 70 years of combined experience, NTG is a single-solution provider for voice and data technology for small, medium and large companies throughout Western New York and in 38 states across the country. NTG is able to offer a 24/7 network operation center with backup generators and diverse paths for voice and data redundancy. With these new capabilities, NTG can now offer offsite data storage as well.
Network Task Group, Inc., is committed to helping companies gain the highest return on their information technology investment by managing costs, reducing risks, speeding implementation and enhancing productivity.
